How about NONE, If I use any type of Oil, dressing etc, I would be Olive Oil on Spaghetti, other times, I might use mayonnaise or canola oil, it could even be country crock. But never ever would it be any tomato products!
All of the above depends on how you use the sauce. Different pasta, different sauce. Chili sauce is different than pasta sauce. Pizza sauce is different from pasta sauce. Dishes with rice need different sauce…… The point is the sauce makes the dish.

Depends on the dish. Spaghetti needs garlicky, lasagna needs smooth, and chili needs chunky.
